What's included:
- 6 Sticks of Palo Santo Sticks
- 2 Tealight Candle
How to smudge with Palo Santo Stick?
- Light up the Palo Santo Stick using the tealight candle / a match. ( Do not use lighter)
- Hold the stick at a 45 degree angle to light it up for about 10-20seconds.
- Once you see small flame burning up, shake the stick or gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on the lit end and white smoke.
You can use the lighted stick to
- Cleanse yourself / Other people / Pets' energy : Closed your eyes, and move the stick around you with movement of removing the negative energy from head toward your feet out. Front and back. Also not forgetting your palms and soles.
- Cleanse your crystals: Move the stick around the crystals and let the smoke smudge around the crystals. You will notice once the crystal is cleansed, the smoke will be around the crystal instead of repelling the smoke.
- Cleanse your area / room: Walk around the space while fanning the smoke around the room.(Not forgetting the corners / walkway) Open the door / window for awhile to let the negative energy to get out. - You can also say a Mantra during this process

Scrape/ Sherd the burned part of the stick using pen knife when you want to reuse. It is easier to light up. As there is palo santo oil stained on the burned part.
